All items handmade and designed in our studio. We do sell vinyl signature trademarked Lotus stickers for store front doors & windows for retailers who are interested, please inquire.

1.) Client/Customer Service-Your customer is our customer, our #1 focus in running Sue Surdi Designs is 100% customer satisfaction. We believe in creating relationships, not one-time sales. We offer an unsurpassed level of customer service to all our clientele. We take care of our clients the same we would family, whether a client spends $40.00 or $3000.00, they will see no difference in customer relations.
2.) We stand behind our brand and products. We only use the highest quality materials found in fashion. All items are guaranteed to stand up to everyday normal wear & tear. We will repair any misgivings at no cost to you or our/your client if it is found that the problem was with the piece itself. (retailer is responsible for shipping costs). We will resize or make changes with-in reason at no charge.
3.) The bottom line, money. We price each item keeping in mind YOUR retail markup. We also price to try and give ourselves a little allowance for changes that may need to be made. Bottom line, we price our cost of material and design labor keeping the #1 importance in mind. You're our client; we hope to offer a one of a kind piece that can be worn and adorned for years & years while also keeping our retail prices the lowest possible so that all customers can find something with-in our collections without breaking the bank.
